I loved you at first sight: I did my first account at the very beginning…more than 2 years ago.
i still remember the first time i uploaded a tune to you…my hands were swetty…you showed me the waveform…you got me.
I supported you, promoted you and payed for your service with 3 accounts : cloudcycle, bakshish and mine.
you are the only social network that i use (ok…twitter too)…no Myspace…no Facebook.
I never payed before…expecially to be part of a network…i thought you were also offering me a distribution service…I loved the absence of adverts.
I never got my music removed (without notice too) from a webservice before…you did.
after 3 days you still didn’t reply to my emails.
you silently put my music back online…without even a “ooops…sorry”…
if I was Amon Tobin and you removed the promo teaser of my new album…now you would paying the bills of my lawyers.
you declared something FALSE in your business email to me (I pay for your service…remember)…stating that Interchill asked you to do so.
you reply to Interchill…not addressing the real issue…and saying that from now on I will be whitelisted and my content will not be filtered
so I am now whitelisted because I am an Interchill artist (I am not) and not because I fucking own the copyrights of my music…and I am a (good) customer.
you created a damage to the image of Interchill and to our relationships.
you gave me 2 days of headache
still no reply to me

on April fool day I uploaded to you a copyrigheted song made by Electric Light Orchestra : “Don’t Bring Me Down”….yes…I admit it…I commited a crime.

I will not rely on your service so much anymore…and will not renew my subscription
I will go back to stream directly from my server…and I will start to use other networks too.
I found a site…very cool…I can upload with no limits….even video…embed the player on any site..
