here I am again…after a long silence…
…for the meantime…free….who knows till when.
I have been in jail…in sydney….(what a shithole).
2 months ago I got busted by the australian police growing my sweet marijuana plants…(not many)
I did 3 weeks in it…it was a very nasty experience…worst than in the movies.
they chuck me in a lockroom for 5 days…no telephone calls…no time out…not even cigarettes…not even a book…no nada…
i have been treated like shit…they abused of my basic (prisoner) human rights…
and then they sent me to a maximum security jail (after 14h trip in truck) in company with murderers and such.
now I am out on bail…my life is disrupted and totally scattered…crumbling…and not sure about the next future…waiting for a sentence.
just another episode of the ridiculous, painful and retrograde oppressive persecusion against a plant and the ppl who love to smoke it like me…
i imagine that the ppl who read this blog are enough evolved and i don’t need to explain and convince you about how stupid all this story is…but I am in it…sucked in…waiting to know my destiny.
only when you face the “justice” machine you realize how twisted it is…and how useless…just another corrupted biz…run by those idiots.

so sorry to hear about your predicament, I have a few friends in similar situations and it is very disheartening. I fear the human race may never be ready to evolve, we continue to destroy ourselves and our environment in this pointless pursuit of MORE everything when the truth is staring us in the face; If only we’d open our eyes to see it. My prayers are with you and I still remain hopeful that someday things will change. I am very grateful for your contributions to the music world and I hope this experience only strengthens your creative energy.
dear maux, i am sorry to read that you have been fucked around by those ‘racist’ pricks…i too grow some plants for my own use (and my friends who are responsible people with good jobs and kids). I live in a fear that at any stage police can kick down my door like they did to many small growers in my city last year who were targeting ‘dagga labs’…hows that, it is now a ‘lab’…i made a small donation to cloudcycle, i hope you r ok.

I decided to let out this personal news since I believe that there is no shame in it…and I could do my little bit in switching ppl awareness about this issues.
I will do my best to continue to do music (it keeps me alive…I can’t do without it)…even if it is not easy in the present conditions.
